Shipping & Returns
- Flat rate shipping is $10 within Australia and $20 to New Zealand, a tracking number will be emailed to you on fulfilment of your order.
- Parcels will be sent by Australia Post and have a tracking number.
- Standard shipping will be posted 1-3 full business days from order date.
- Parcels will be sent Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
- Neon Cherry is not responsible for any errors in postal addresses supplied by the customer.
- Neon Cherry is not held responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier.
If your order contains a 'pre-order' item then the whole order won't be sent until the pre-order item arrives. Once this happens, the entire order will be dispatched.
If you require items that are not on Pre-Order to br shipped earlier then please place a seperate order for that item.
Pre- Order orders are final and cannot be edited before delivery.
Please not only one code can be used at checkout at any one time.
If you forget to use a code we are unable to refund/credit the difference, codes cannot be honoured once payment is made. No codes can be honoured outside their time frames and we do not backdate sale codes.
Items purchased using a discount code are only valid for a store credit.
Returns and exchanges
Delivering a quality product is important to us and all items are packed with care to ensure they land safely in your hands.
We have tried to include as much product information as possible and multiple photos of each item to help you with your purchasing choices. Some monitors and screens may show a slight variance in colour, this is to be expected. Please ensure you read all the information and descriptions before ordering. Please feel free to contact with any questions relating to products before you purchase.

Of course while we want you to have a seamless shopping experience we do understand that you may need to return an item and we are cool with that. Please follow the guidelines below.
- Not completely happy with your purchase? We offer refunds with all claims to be lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel. We encourage you to try on your purchases as soon as possible and get in contact with us if not completely happy.
- All return claims need to be lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
- Neon Cherry will not refund or exchange on any item that is deemed to be damaged or altered after purchase, misused, worn and not in original shipped condition. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED, BE FREE OF MAKEUP AND SOILING, BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (OTHERWISE RETURN IS VOID) AND BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF OUR LODGEMENT APPROVAL.
- For exchanges a store credit code will be given as our stock levels change daily and we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock. You can use your store credit code to repurchase, the code is valid for six months.
- Neon Cherry cannot offer refund or exchange on, earrings, skincare, makeup, underwear, fragrances.
- Sale items are not valid for refund, items purchased using a discount code are only valid for a store credit.
- Neon Cherry reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please use (and keep) tracking on your parcel. Postage costs for returns is at your expense except in cases where Neon Cherry have made an error.
- Please allow 3 days for us to process credis/refund and note all refunds will be placed back onto the payment method you originally made payment with. Normal banking timelines will apply and funds may take a few days to appear in your account.
Neon Cherry prices are all in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices on our site are subject to change without notice.
